As a Tier 1 Technical Support Representative, you’ll help customers understand the benefits of their product, get their devices up and running, and troubleshoot any problems that customers might be experiencing with their devices. We're looking for smart problem-solvers who love helping customers and have a proven track record of doing so.

This role is performed remotely within Las Vegas, NV after New Hire Orientation (NHO)
Office located at 490 E Capovilla Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89119

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)

  • Provide customers with excellent service and support using your training and technical skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
  • Provide timely feedback to your supervisor regarding customer service issues. Required knowledge of multiple products and ability to deepen or retain relationships through service

Experience and Skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work with a high level of accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based applications, including Outlook and Word.
  • Experience using Mac or iOS computers.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • Prior experience in a software or technology-based company strongly preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support or a customer-facing technical role
  • Experience with help desk software preferred
  • Experience with technical support for smart home devices (ex: doorbells, digital thermostats, light switches) preferred
  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • Well-versed and comfortable being in an external-customer-facing role, demonstrating email, phone, and live chat etiquette
  • Successfully pass our technical assessment and complete our interview process.
  • Maintain good attendance.
  • Must complete a pre-hire background check.
  • Experience in the work-from-home environment is a plus
  • All equipment will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour
