Milestone Behavioral Health, located in Yardley, PA, is seeking candidates for a Behavior Specialist Consultant (BSC). BHRS (Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services) is a community based mental health program that provides behavioral and emotional support to children and adolescents in their homes, schools, and other community settings.

The “BSC” is the lead clinician on the treatment team. The BSC is a consultant to members involved in the child (client’s) life. These members can include: parent, teacher or coach. A BSC will develop the treatment plan, with behavioral goals to support the need of the child. The BSC will monitor the interventions delivered by all treatment team members, as well as work with the parents to monitor and identify ongoing behavioral needs in the child.

This position has clinical supervision of Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS).

Education/Experience Credentials:

• Licensed Doctoral Level Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Psychologist or:
• Other Masters-level mental health clinician with documented training in the field of Behavior Modification techniques
• Preferred (2) years verified post-Masters experience providing mental health treatment to children without BSL license and one (1) year of experience involving functional behavioral assessment of individuals under 21 years of age. This includes the development and implementation of behavioral support or treatment plans with BSL license.
• One year experience using behavior analysis/modification techniques
• BSC PA license preferred.
• Clearances for Child Abuse, FBI and State Criminal, as well as First Aid/CPR Certification and Liability Insurance.
