Description:

We currently have openings for full-time Therapists to join our caring team of professionals. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week. The selected candidate will work either a Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedule and rotating holidays. Therapists may select their own 8 hour schedule between the hours of 7am-8pm.

Perks: We pay for EMDR/DBT certification and 5 professional development days after one year of employment!

Sign-on Bonus: $3,000

Essential Functions:

• Conducts an initial assessment and establishes treatment goals for identified residents.
• Provides individual psychotherapy twice a week to an assigned caseload of residents.
• Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure team treatment and a therapeutic milieu.
• Establishes therapeutic relationships with assigned residents to facilitate the treatment process.
• May provide these services in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
• Provide case management, discharge planning or after-care planning according to treatment plan.
• May assist in educating and training staff on behavior management or therapeutic crisis intervention.
• May coordinate various clinical, psychosocial or educational activities with patient and their families.
• Evaluate patient's need and determine if referrals to other programs or facilities are needed.
• May assist in the training of new clinical staff and interns.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing or other recognized therapeutic field from an accredited college or university.

Licenses/Designations/Certifications:

State or national licensure for professional therapy providers required.

First Aid, CPR, de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
