TICKET OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE – PART TIME
The Ticket Operations Associate is a customer-service minded individual who provides essential operational support to Dallas Mavericks fans and employees on game day. They are committed to providing outstanding customer service while working in a fast-paced, high-energy game day box office that requires flexibility and the ability to think analytically.
Reports to:
Senior Manager of Ticket Operations
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by accurately and efficiently resolving inquiries and ticket issues in the box office.
- Understand a ticket’s history/chain of custody and be able to troubleshoot issues by reviewing the ticket history, transfers offered, transfers accepted, tickets resold, scan history, etc.
- Support ticket sales as needed.
- Foster a close working relationship between the Dallas Mavericks ticket operations department and the American Airlines Center Box Office staff.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of box office experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics and Account Manager.
- Basic knowledge of Ticketmaster Host/Classic and TM1 Sales preferred.
- Proven focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Flexible and personable team player with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent oral communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work games, which include nights, weekends and holidays.
