• Deep clean all tools per cleaning schedule
• Ice blast all tools, when necessary, per standard work documents
• Clean all tools prior to placing them on the tooling rack per standard work specifications. Careful means of handling the tools is necessary to eliminate tooling damage
• Complete all required documentation daily as required by manager
• Notify manager when a tool is damaged and in need of repair
• Maintain proper labeling of all chemicals, liquids and tooling storage
• Maintain good housekeeping throughout all responsible areas.
• Back up to Tool Technician or Process Technician when needed
• Comply with all federal and state safety standards
• Comply with all housekeeping standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Excellent organization and communication skills. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Strong attention to detail.

Candidates should possess a high level of professionalism, a bright attitude, and a clear ability to effectively communicate between all level of an organization.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required.

At least one year of manufacturing related experience preferred.

At least one year of quality related experience preferred.
