Position: Full-Time Traffic Clerk

Position Summary: Responsible for providing courteous and helpful customer service to all GLS Freights customers and coworkers. Works closely with Accounts Receivable to produce invoices for the company.

• Provides customer service
• Data entry utilizing 10 key and MS Excel
• Provide accurate rate quotes to customers
• Answer customer queries via phone and email
• Utilize AS400 system
• Manage Traffic email
• Process pricing for customer profiles
• Knowledge of AS400 a plus!
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• 10 Key

Must be able to successfully pass drug/physical and background screening. Benefits: We value our employees and offer an excellent benefit package after 60 days of employment.
