Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with managers and clients to determine training criteria
  • Work with field managers and account managers to establish execution plans per project
  • Help field managers in developing time estimates for field execution
  • Build and assign e-learnings using Adobe Captivate
  • Create and host multimedia conference calls
  • Develop and leadoom sessions
  • Film and edit training videos
  • Produce and execute assessment tools
  • Provide assessment data back to departmental managers to verify individual performance
  • Authors, reviews, or edits support documents
  • Participate in pilot installations to validate and improve training material
  • Maintain and update materials libraries in internal cloud-based system
  • Work with the Training Manager to develop and execute initiatives to improve the training department

Competency:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Computer Skills:
  • Strong background in Microsoft Office with a focus on PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate
  • Web development skills are a plus

Required Education and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training capacity
  • Experience with field deployment is a plus
