**High earning potential, base plus commissions**
Position: Training Facilitator and Coach
The purpose of the Training Facilitator and Coach is to speak to audiences, both in person and virtually to coach our Cardone University clients on programs, products and material to enhance their success. We are looking for an ambitious, organized and highly efficient sales training expert. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Successfully lead training sessions both virtually and in-person
- Present current programs using our materials from webinars, books, keynote presentations, and other content resources to audiences at live and virtual events
- Actively engage audiences by coaching them on various content provided by the Company
- Effectively engage audiences to increase participation and knowledge of content
- Facilitate effective adult learning and deliver a consistently high-quality program experience
- Deliver a challenging and supportive coaching experience to help others set and execute their goals
- Administer Company curriculum with excitement and enthusiasm to ensure maximum impact and benefit from training materials
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience, preferred
- 5 plus years previous experience as a Sales Trainer
- Tech savvy with Apple/Mac computers
- Clear, effective communicator, verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive
- Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Experience in training, training management, performance management, motivating others, giving feedback, coaching, self-development, and sales planning
- Superb public speaking and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to independently take initiative and work efficiently and exercise reasonable judgment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and the ability to use technology effectively
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills, while maintaining courtesy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
SKILLS:
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to hold audience’s attention and be persuasive
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Computer software skills including Microsoft Office
This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL.
