Description
After-hours currently has openings for a corporate ticket agent to join our ticketing team. Ticketing agents will process tickets/exchanges from both reservations and Q-monitoring. Agents will process tickets in four GDS systems (Apollo, Sabre, Worldspan, and Amadeus). Candidates must have the ability to problem solve, work independently, work well with front line agents, leads and supervisors. Candidates must offer exemplary customer service skills and follow all agency clients’ policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of tickets issued.
Requirements
Three years minimum experience required working in a travel/ticketing environment. Must be efficient on at least one of the GDS systems (We will provide GDS training on other systems). Must have working knowledge of MS office products.

- Be detail oriented
- Have the ability to read and interpret fare rules to ensure accuracy
- Have the ability to quickly quality control a record to ensure accuracy
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to issues exchanges
