Your Role!

- Create and maintain an unparalleled environment for our patients and staff

-Build relationships with our patients

-Ensure all patients are properly prepped, prior to the appointment

-Ensure staffing levels are inline to the schedule and budget

-Oversee Doctor’s schedules for efficiency to maximize Doctor’s time

-Conduct effective morning huddles

-Drive business to the goals set by the company. Provide consistent communication to the team on

practice objectives

-Praise and reward team for their hard work and dedication

2-3 years management experience preferred. Medical experience encouraged to apply
