Twin Oaks Center in Danvers, MA is seeking a FULL-TIME and PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join the team.

Our team is solid, we pride ourselves on our great work environment within our department as well as with the entire team at the facility! Our Residents are also a huge part of our team! They are a great population that love their rehab team!

Role is split with sister center located in Saugus, MA!

5000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME

Duties Include:

• Evaluate Residents conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits
• Help Residents in their goals to improve Cognition or Swallowing
• Education for Residents and Caregivers
• Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
• Maintain Resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Contributes to team effort
• Perform Daily Documentation
• Perform Daily Billing
