Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Program Assistant to support the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning (PPL), Office of Development Cooperation (PPL/DC) in Washington, DC.
PPL/DC is a dynamic, fast-paced office that works to coordinate and strengthen USAID engagement and partnership with international partners, including bilateral donors and philanthropic organizations. The Program Assistant is responsible for assisting the PPL/DC Team with reviewing, collecting, and organizing documents, contributing to communications, and otherwise supporting a team of Advisors and Analysts, as well as other activities.
- Collect and organize publicly available information on Public International Organizations (PIOs).
- Support communications including updating and otherwise managing the team website.
- Track correspondence and manage deadlines and clearances for the team.
- Plan and organize for high-level meetings and events.
- Collect and respond to requests for information, including financing and other data requests.
- Draft meeting notes, correspondence, reports, summaries, and other documents.
- Develop standard operating procedures.
- Manage shared organized electronic filing system.
- Active DoD Secret-level security clearance required.
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 2+ years full time applicable experience required. (Internships and volunteer opportunities are considered important. They will not count towards the minimum of two years of required experience.)
- Background in international development.
- Experience with USAID or similar organization desired.
- Up to 25% national and/or international travel may be required.
