Master ConcessionAir LLC currently operates several Restaurant & Market locations in the Orlando International Airport and we are hiring friendly and outgoing Utility Workers. We want you to join a growing company with career advancement opportunities!

Position Summary:

• The utility worker contributes to the overall success of the business by overseeing the organization, quality and inventory of the Restaurants/Markets/Storerooms. Receiving deliveries, stocking market shelves, and delivering product to other departments are key functions of this position.

Responsibilities:

• Receives daily deliveries and verifies against Invoices at time of receiving
• Ensures all deliveries are put away in the correct locations and carts are emptied
• Neatly organizes and stages all return bins, outgoing UPS packages, and carts for pick-up/delivery
• Keeps markets organized, clean and fully stocked at all times
• Practice First In First Out (FIFO) rotation of all market items
• Discards and tracks all expired product on approved waste sheet
• Labels expiry dates on products (if necessary)
• Responsible for ensuring all storerooms and loading areas are clean and organized at all times
• Track shortages and surpluses of inventory and reports to MOD
• Responsible for overseeing specific product placement in all markets as per market schematics and/or manager direction
• Responsible for new product roll out, test scanning and product placement in our markets as per market schematics and/or manager direction
• Ensure consistency and continuity of product placement across all market locations
• Transport all products, supplies, prepped and raw materials as requested and/or required by all restaurant departments as needed on an ongoing basis
• Cleans, sanitizes, and organizes all kitchen and restaurant areas, including walk-in coolers, freezers, storage areas, floors, brass and stainless steel according to MCA specifications
• Transports dirty dishes to the dish room and transports clean dishes back to assigned areas
• Determines when guests have completed their meals and removes dirty dishes, flatware and napkins
• Sets up, runs, and empties dish machine
• Cleans, sanitizes, and de-limes dish machine
• Scrubs all pots, pans and trays in proper 3-bowl sink set up
• Washes all items 100% clean the first time, every time
• Restocks all cleaning products prior to running out
• Maintains a clean, neat, and organized dish area
• Cleans and maintains commissary prep area (e.g. utensils, prep table, prep sinks, equipment, floors, walls, and any back of the house area, etc.)
• Communicates any product/chemical run outs, equipment issues, and quality and service issues to the MOD and chef immediatel
• Assists kitchen as needed

Qualifications

• Understanding of safety requirements for lifting and working with equipment
• Ability to walk and stand for long durations
• Ability to do moderate to heavy lifting. Ability to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly
• Knowledge and adherence to MCA policies and procedures
• Knowledge and adherence to all airport rules and regulations
• Commitment to service of customers, staff, co-workers and management

• Ability to work scheduled hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
