Job description

The Valuation Senior or Manager is responsible for leading, executing and delivery of challenging valuation engagements by participating in all aspects of projects, from the initial proposal preparation, through project completion.

Qualifications

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics

Experience:

· Five (5) to seven (7) years of business valuation experience required

· Prior experience in appraisal review a plus

License/Certifications:

· CPA, ABV, ASA, and/or CVA or other valuation industry credentials preferred

Software:

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word

· Prior experience with ValuSource and other valuation databases research databases a plus

· Prior experience with business valuations in the context of Texas Family Law, Estate and Gift Taxes a plus

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· Superior oral and written communication skills

· Superior analytical and research skills

· Solid organizational skills especially ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details

· Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

· Executive presence and ability to act as primary contact on assigned engagements

· Ability to successfully interact with professionals at all levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
