vCIO (MSP):
We have been a leading IT Provider for small to large businesses located throughout North America for 20+ years! Our goal is providing businesses with unique and innovative solutions that allow them to focus on their own growth.
The vCIO (MSP) is responsible for engaging with C-levels to roadmap technology and projects. The vCIO (MSP) is working in a team of other vCIOs, and will receive both classroom and hands-on training. The vCIO (MSP) position requires a high level of independence, business acumen, strong client service and IT skills.
We are only moving forward with vCIO (MSP) applicants who have previous Managed Service Provider experience.
vCIO (MSP) Main Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Consult directly with current & prospective clients, both in person and via telecommunications, regarding their technology/Cloud initiatives
- New client on-boarding, client management, and alignment to industry best practices.
- Develop, build and cultivate long-term relationships with key management within your clients’ organizations
- Develop a thorough understanding of your clients’ current systems and infrastructure needs in order to accomplish desired business outcomes
- Use knowledge of your clients’ and their respective industries to create long-term technology budgets
- Consult with your clients and teammates to strategize technology infrastructure solutions, including hardware, software, network architecture, and systems processes, that will achieve client business goals
- Manage client data in QBR (Quarterly Business Review) software and present information to clients during periodic meetings, in person and virtually
