To support our continued growth and top-tier status with the world’s leading technology OEMs, Future Tech Enterprise is seeking a Vendor Analyst who is collaborative, energetic, and detail-oriented.

The Vendor Analyst is an integral member of our cross-functional team, reporting to the finance department, and working closely with business leaders in our marketing, sales, and technical departments. In addition, the position will work with our OEM partners, such as Dell Technologies, HP, HPE, Intel NetApp, NVIDIA, SecureWorks, VMware and more.

This is a full-time, remote position. Our benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance; 401k with company match and PTO.

U.S. residency is required for this position. Domestic travel may be required at some points throughout the year.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the creation, documentation, execution, and reporting of co-branded marketing programs conducted with our partners.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and tracking available OEM partner’s Market Development Funds (MDF). Provide weekly/monthly reports to key business function leaders, documenting available MDF from each of our key OEM partners and deadline dates for using such funds.
  • Creating and distributing internal reports which highlight OEM partner-related marketing, sales, and technical support activities.
  • Supporting Future Tech efforts at key industry events, OEM partner events, and company-sponsored events.
  • Reviewing and understanding all key processes and standards related to each OEM partner’s co-branded marketing programs, helping to ensure that Future Tech is awarded all available co-marketing funding support.
  • Ensuring compliance with all OEM partner programs and standards.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years experience in a similar role/function/industry – budget and/or project management experience with large-scale complex projects/programs is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Ability to present well in a crowd and can serve as a valuable representative for Future Tech’s team when meeting with OEM partners.
  • Resourceful, with the ability to track down data, often using different sources.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • A proactive approach to supporting business leaders across multiple functions.
  • Detail-oriented - a copious note-taker who can not only deliver executive reports on time with minimal supervision but can also deliver value-added insights that strengthen Future Tech’s OEM programs.
  • Ability to achieve broadly communicated objectives with a minimal amount of supervision.
  • Transparency and integrity.
