We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our growing team. We are a four doctor practice located in Temecula, open 7 days a week: Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm, Saturday-Sunday 8:00am-4:00pm.

The receptionist is the first and last impression of our hospital, so it is important that he or she accurately represent the care and concern we feel for our patients and clients. He or she must also be outgoing, personable, professional, and a self-starter. Our receptionists are responsible for greeting all clients (and patients) both in person and on the phone, making outgoing calls for appointment confirmation and patient follow up, managing the doctors' schedules, collecting payments, and many more critical tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive customer service and point of sale experience and remain focused even in the face of high volume and emergencies that may occur. Veterinary knowledge and experience is required. Computer proficiency is a must; Avimark experience is a plus. Professionalism and confidence in communication, both verbal and written, are essential.

Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401K, subsidized pet care and bonus sharing.

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
