Summary:
Provide overall leadership for the development of spend management solutions and market strategies for non-acute providers as well as provides strategic direction in identifying emerging markets, products, solutions and business partnership opportunities for Provista and its market/industry verticals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts to understand and translate non-acute provider strategic spend management challenges and industry trends into the development and delivery of innovative and effective solutions
  • Manage market research and the non-acute advisory member councils, working with Provista and Vizient Non-Acute sales leadership to identify the strategy, focus and needs within and beyond current offerings
  • Work with Provista Sales leadership and Vizient Sub-Domain leadership and staff to evaluate and adapt, develop, and/or acquire solutions and capabilities to grow Provista’s revenue, market share and member share of wallet
  • Evaluate and develop go-to-market strategies for Provista and Vizient solutions into Provista’s customer channels
  • Lead a team responsible for evaluating, negotiating and papering custom contracts in conjunction with Vizient Sourcing specific to Provista markets and/or Provista customers and channel partners
Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree preferred, advanced degree desired
  • 10 or more years of relevant experience in health care supply chain, consulting, contract management required
  • Prior experience in Lean implementation and continuous improvement leadership preferred
  • Strong supply chain operational skills (logistics, inventory management, distribution, workforce planning) desired
  • Exceptional leadership, motivational skills, and proven ability to achieve results required
  • Proficiency making effective, persuasive presentations to current and potential customers
  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables
Estimated Hiring Range:
$187,800.00 - $293,400.00
