At present, the firm has an extensive pipeline for managed marinas and marina development and consulting projects with several in final contract executions stages.
About the Role
The Oasis Marinas Food and Beverage Director will serve as a key leader across all aspects of food and beverage operations within the company and its managed marinas. The Director will build strong internal and external vendor and partner relationships, ensure the successful and consistent execution of our service offering, and maximize the company's operating performance in accordance with its short and long-term financial plans. The Director of Food and Beverage will support the company's President and Chief Executive Officer and be empowered to make key business decisions in alignment with company priorities and objectives.

Responsibilities
The Oasis Food and Beverage Director will oversee food and beverage functions and outlets, ensuring the F&B division meets established financial, product, and employee engagement goals in accordance with best-in-class guest service and sustainability standards.
- Source, negotiate, execute and manage the Company’s F&B partnerships with external vendors
- Lead and manage internal teams for insourced F&B operations across a diverse geographic footprint with responsibility for their performance and the performance of their perspective marina properties
- Lead new food and beverage menu initiatives and serve as a “change agent” for improved customer satisfaction, perception of value, and F&B policies and procedures
- Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling efforts for F&B staff, including handling staff complaints and disciplinary procedures
- Work with F&B partnerships to lead and manage all F&B related financial planning and performance, including budgets, operational plans, and P&L forecasts to ensure monthly and annual company goals are met
- Lead and maintain all compliance and cleanliness policies in compliance with legal and regulatory agency requirements, including creating operational procedural protocols, and monitoring and enforcing compliance
- Implement and monitor ordering and receiving program to ensure proper quantity and prices on all purchases
- Monitor and control labor costs
- Monitor and control F&B inventories and equipment
- Organize multiple projects, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Oversee the completion of operational reports and evaluation, financial and HR documentation, ordering and inventory documentation, guest correspondence, standard operating procedures, safety and sanitation checklists, and PR/marketing tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- College Degree, preferred
- Director Food & Beverage experience
- Hotel or Resort Food & Beverage Management experience, 10 years minimum
- Leadership experience within a service-oriented environment, 2 years minimum
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
