Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 (based on experience)

Vice President of Marketing

Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team that supports all of HHS divisions and service lines. Provide strategic leadership, sharp analytical skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities to execute in the trenches and provide guidance to our management team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a team-wide annual marketing strategy and plan
• Identify, plan, and implement differentiated and impactful marketing strategies and campaigns to meet business objectives and drive leads
• Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
• Work closely with the sales team to align sales and marketing strategies
• Manage marketing budget and expenditures, prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals, and allocate resources appropriately
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
• Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning to devise counter-strategies
• Analyze and improve upon existing branding and marketing strategies
• Set daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets, and implement incentives to ensure they are achieved
• Assist with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a marketing director
• Bachelors degree in marketing, communication, or a relevant field
• Experience in B2B marketing, with an emphasis on the support services industry
• Demonstrated project management experience
• In-depth knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and managing a team
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success
