How You’ll Contribute

Work to deliver user-facing features from end to end on the Salesforce platform

Own and improve the user experiences across the Movement Salesforce platform
-
Design and implement solutions to empower each Movement channel and affiliates to take full advantage of the Salesforce platform
-
Integrate Movement’s Salesforce platform with the best external solutions when possible and actively manage the integration with vendors
-
Management of internal and contract resources supporting all aspects of the software development life cycle

Cultivate, attract, develop, and retain the best technical talent to build highly productive teams
-
Provide architectural guidance and implement best engineering practices for your team
-
Lead your software engineering team to meet product milestones

Partner with Product Management teams to build roadmaps for various Movement channels of business
Who You Are
-
10+ years of experience designing, developing, and administrating CRM platforms and hybrid cloud solutions
-
8+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform
-
Experience in the mortgage or financial industries
-
Valid Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce System Architect
-
Excellent coding, problem-solving, and debugging skills in a service-oriented platform
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to distill and convey complex information to multiple stakeholders
-
You’ve worked in a modern, fast-paced, agile product development organization and can effectively collaborate with product and design to guide complex projects to successful outcomes.

Exceptional people skills – managing, leading, and scaling globally distributed teams of 30+ (employees + contractors)
-
Extensive expertise in SDLC with a focus on agile (Scrum, Kanban) and measuring/improving productivity of teams following agile
-
Experience with Salesforce Development, including Lightning Components, Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL

Experience on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc.

Experience with Financial Services Cloud
-
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs
