Title: Warehouse Worker

Location: Phoenix, AZ.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.

Hours: 40 hrs./wk. (Mon-Fri from 8:00am- 5:00pm. Hours will increase starting on 10/28/22 from 8:00am- 7:30pm and will include Saturdays from that point on. Mandatory dates to work are from 11/04/22- 11/08/22. On 11/8/22 which is election day, the hours will be from 5:00am- midnight)

Type: Temporary (a little over a month) (Starting at 10/03/22 and Ending at 11/15/22)

Newkleo is hiring Warehouse Workers for one of their clients in Phoenix, AZ.

Duties:

• Warehouse Workers assist with setting up Vote Centers and are required to do so with the assistance of the Poll Workers and T-Techs.
• Warehouse Workers are responsible for setting up the flow up the Vote Center to ensure a seamless voting experience for Voters.
• Warehouse Workers must have a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Responsible for working in tandem with Poll Workers and T-Techs with setting up Vote Centers with voting equipment
• Assist with loading voting equipment and materials into box trucks
• Support other areas as needed

Skills Required:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift floor-to-shoulder and shoulder-to-waist a minimum of 25 pounds and carry for 100 feet
• Ability to push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds for 200 feet
• Extensive overtime may be required (depending on volume)

Experience Required:

• Must be registered voter in the State of Arizona
• Minimal experience required (familiarity with basic computer applications)

Education Required:

• High School Diploma/GED
