What you’ll do as a Warehouse Associate:

• Take care of your internal customers – pick orders and relocate items
• Maintain accurate inventory records – use our ERP system to track all product moves and help chase down any difference between the physical counts and system counts.
• Receive goods and replenish the warehouse – store new materials in the warehouse using FIFO principles.
• Work safely – use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other powered equipment to get the job done.
• Grow your skills – actively engage in cross training and continuous improvement efforts. Train others as directed.
• Gain exposure to all Warehouse skill areas and become fully self-sufficient in several areas.
• Collaborate – pitch in wherever help is needed to meet daily production goals.
• Be on-time for every scheduled shift. Reliable attendance is a must!

What you need to be successful:

• 1-2 years’ experience with general inventory control and material handling.
• At least 1 year of experience using inventory control software (ERP, MRP, or WMS).
• Experience using forklifts and order pickers. It’s okay if your certification has lapsed, we’ll re-train you.
• Flexibility and willingness to pivot focus – production needs often change throughout the day.
• Keen attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs and ability to stand and walk for your full shift.
• Bonus points if you are forklift certified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
