Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Livermore, CA
Reports To: Supervisor, Operations
Job Overview: A Production Operator who works in a fast-paced environment within all areas of Manufacturing
and Production, with the goal of meeting/exceeding company goals and customer expectations. Possesses and
demonstrates core values of integrity, accountability, quality and excellence, to produce world-class cold chain
packaging solutions and achieve extraordinary customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ability to learn and follow all company standard operating procedures and policies.
• Exhibit full understanding of all SOP•s related to Manufacturing and Production.
• Ability to work independently under direct supervision to perform all tasks related to the production process, or

as assigned by Supervisor.

• Comply with all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines and Good Warehouse/Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to operate and/or monitor automated and manual production equipment, with completion of required

training if applicable.

• Maintains a safe and neat work area.
• Cleans and sanitizes work area, machines and/or production equipment as needed or directed by Supervisor.
• Demonstrates teamwork and effective communication with all personnel to ensure completion of assigned

tasks, projects and deadlines.

• Works in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and tasks.
• Performs duties with sense of urgency to meet or exceed department goals, while maintaining safety, quality

and accuracy.

• Performs all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 1 year of related work experience, training and/or equivalent experience in Manufacturing or Production.

Physical Requirements:

• Position will require frequent communication to various personnel and walking to other areas and departments.
• Position will require sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time, depending on the nature of the work.
• Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Physical handling of inventory items, material handling and production tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in summer and winter warehouse conditions.
• Frequently exposed to various noise levels of automated machinery and air compression systems.

• Ability to read, interpret and follow documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures and

company policies.

• Ability to understand and carry out instructions and directions in written and verbal form from Supervision and

Management personnel.

• Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably with all organizational levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and react appropriately to changing priorities and impending deadlines.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently under direct supervision.
