We are seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Associate to join our Rexel USA team in
Mansfield, MA!
Summary
Enter service requests
Field customer complaints and direct to management
Complete paperwork for prep and delivery
Set and confirm customer delivery appointments
Process orders received by fax, e-mail, computer, or phone.
Check and maintain inventory for availability and prepare a bill of lading for shipment.
Enter and process all inbounds.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, and Education
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license.
General knowledge of electrical products.
Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers to aid in satisfying customer requirements.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations in order to accurately complete job tasks.
Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks and requirements.

Language Ability:
Ability to write and r ead routine reports or job orders. Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees within the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations required to accurately complete assigned tasks.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to interpret a v ariety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form. Ability to organize and prioritize job projects and requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
