Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative will work with Northampton and the Northeast Planning groups to ensure order fulfillment. They will be responsible for overseeing and communicating any demand increases/shortages and ensuring appropriate action is taken.

  • Located at our Enfield Warehouse Location

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management- shortages/overages
  • Communication with Northampton & NE Planning, sister plants & copackers
  • Partners with Planning, Quality & Warehouse to ensure order fulfillment & escalates complex conditions to Supervisor.
  • Develops and provides analysis of order cuts.
  • Participates in cross-functional work streams to evaluate and recommend standardized processes.


Education Requirements:

High School, Bachelor degree preferred.

Related Work Experience:
1-2 years in customer service, warehouse coordinator or equivalent experience.

Functional Skills:

  • Ability to define a problem, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and solutions.
  • SAP/ERP experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
