Master Machine, Inc. 46 year-old located in Ham Lake, MN and is growing! Our shop consists of both job shop/prototype work, and a high production side. Master Machine Inc. takes pride in the company's ability to deliver outstanding precision and uncompromised quality.

Master Machine is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to safely and efficiently lead our shipping and receiving areas of the company. Must be able to coach and lead employees, implement lean processes, look for efficiencies to add to our current processes, visually inspect parts, work in group setting, must keep clean work environment, able to work at fast pace. On the job training will be provided for the right candidate with the right core competencies.

The right candidate will have opportunity for growth through additional responsibilities and higher pay. We are looking for a fulltime long term employee to grow with the company.

Full Time - First Shift 6am – 4:30pm Mon-Thurs w/ Mandatory OT on Fri as required.

Detailed Job description:

• Experience in managing people and time
• Maintain accurate count in our ERP Systems
• Be a coach and mentor to all current and new employees
• Help keep a positive work environment
• Maintain employee performance and track attendance
• Maintain a clean warehouse
• Have a LEAN background and the ability to find ways to create efficiencies
• Place machined product, add components to make final assembly
• Ensuring products and components are correct for assembly
• Assist with keeping work areas clean and free of clutter
• Verify that products meet quality standards
• Do final inspection on parts for imperfection
• Package parts into proper Box/Tote for shipment
• Must have a strong receiving background
• Must be able to operate a forklift

• Able to communicate, understand, follow standards, procedures, and instructions
• Good organizational and detail orientated
• Able to cooperate with all co-workers and upper management
• Able to work independently, and in a team environment
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Follow direction from production leads and supervisors
• Follow direction from upper management
• Be a hands on lead- lead by example
• Be able to implement lean processes and identify areas for improvement
• Familiar with ISO Compliance
• Familiar with ERP Systems
• Familiar with RF+ scanning/tracking tools (barcode)
• Efficient using a computer (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly without help
• Ability to stand or sit for 10 hours per day
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, push, and twist- frequency varies during a normal shift
• Basic English communication skills is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
