Warehouse Technician (CA)

The Warehouse Technician will perform a variety of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

• Unloads inbound product

. Ensures product received matches packing list
. Records description, lot and quantities
. Notes damage material
. Ensures product is put away for proper storage

• Fulfills Outbound Orders

. Inspecting condition of material
. Verifying Product, Quantity and lots are accurate
. Makes sure customers specific requirements are met
. Verifies all required documents are included with bill of lading

• Assists customers and drivers with order pickup

. Inspects trucks upon arrival
. Ensures material is loaded & braced for transit

• Responsible for warehouse cleanliness and maintenance

. Completes daily checklists
. Forklifts, warehouse inspection etc.
. Ensures floors are swept and free of debris

Required Education and Experience:

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Chemical, Food, GDP Warehouse experience is a plus.
• ERP System / WMS experience is a plus.

La Mirada, CA

Work Environment:

This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses forklifts and pallet jacks to move material. Use of PPE such as safety shoes and others is required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise directed by the Warehouse Manager.

Target Pay:

$22.00/hr + bonus + benefits

The wage range for this role takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; education; experience and training; certification and licensures; and other business and organizational needs. The provided range has not been adjusted for geographic cost of labor differences associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
