Job Summary A Water Damage Technician will perform professional mitigation and disaster response services by providing skilled and unskilled labor in a wide range of job settings. Our customers often face emergency situations and rely on our teams to help them navigate stressful and complex projects. Full time and part time applications are being accepted. Responsibilities · Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform, well-groomed, and always ready to demonstrate our company values.· Communicate daily with customers and our Project Manager covering job progress and work performed. · Follow directions and perform tasks as assigned. · Use a variety of computer applications to accurately update documents and project management software (timesheets, field checklists, job documents).· Perform assignments while wearing the required PPE components including full or half-face respirators, Tyvek suit, safety shoes, eye protection, and gloves. · Prepare areas for work activities according to company and industry guidelines. · Perform demolition while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. · Work in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics. · Maintain a neat and orderly worksite while adhering to all safety rules and regulations to prevent work hazards. · Maintain work vehicles in a clean and organized fashion. Ensure vehicles are stocked with the equipment and supplies necessary to perform all work required at designated job sites. · Operate work vehicles in a safe, responsible, and courteous manner while obeying applicable driving laws and regulations. Qualifications · High school diploma or GED· Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license· Must pass company determined drug test and background checks· Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment· Excellent working knowledge of hand and power tools· Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds.
