Our company provides home improvement utilities to homeowners in Northern New Jersey, and we are rapidly expanding and need you as a sales consultant!

Our water filtration systems utilize cutting edge technologies and provide unmatched water quality. We install water treatment systems throughout the whole home. Entry Level Sales Consultants are given pre-qualified appointments, and conduct sales presentations to homeowners to help them decide what products would be the best fit for their lifestyle and financial situation.

We are looking for candidates who have water treatement sales experience, and that are comfortable performing in home sales presentations. Candidates must also be comfortable negotiating and finalizing sales of large price points.

Responsibilities:

• Perform water testing and in home sales presentations
• Make recommendations based on customers’ needs and budgets
• Inform prospective customers on the products and their options
• Explain sales contracts to homeowners
• Negotiate and finalize sales
• Follow clients through the installation process for customer satisfaction
• Attend weekly training meetings and team functions
• Maintain a high-level customer service experience

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Displays strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Must be comfortable performing in home sales
• Must be very outgoing and confident
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self motivated professional able to work under little supervision
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school education/GED

Education: High school diploma or GED

Experience: 1-2 years of sales preferred
