This is carried out by using a combination of in-house expertise and strategic alliances to create a comprehensive and professional experience for every client, regardless of their situation. We have a wide variety of clients, typically residing in the Bay Area, and have experienced a continued steady growth of new clients from existing client referrals since our inception in 2012.

Position description

Noting that we are a small company, the candidate will assist in all areas of our firm. Specific tasks include: processing client paperwork to open accounts and transfer assets with custodian (Charles Schwab); maintaining our client data in our portfolio accounting system (Tamarac) and organizing quarterly client reports; entering and keeping client data current in CRM system (Redtail); collect and organize client financial information in financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro, eMoney) to prepare for analysis; assist firm in adhering to SEC regulatory compliance procedures.

Required qualifications

Candidate should have a college degree, two to three years of professional experience, be detailed oriented, and strong organizational skills.

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with financial planning and investment principles and terminology.

This position is for 30-40 hours per week. The terms of the employment are at will, and our intention is for this position to be long-term. It is a great opportunity for someone to really learn all aspects of a wealth management business through the breadth of job responsibilities and software utilized on a daily basis.'
