AdvoCare is seeking an energetic and creative problem solver to join the Digital Marketing team as a promotions and content editor. This new teammate will be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. This full-time role will be responsible for processing both partial and complete content and promotion change requests submitted by stakeholders from around the organization through the use of strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Continuous monitoring of websites and digital tools for content edits and improvements

• With the help of business stakeholders and copy editors, create engaging and compliant online content

• Review change requests for completeness or requirements, existing brand standards, and established campaign precedence

• Collaborate across the Digital, Creative, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure websites are up to date with the accurate and engaging copy

• Champion the use and understanding of page templates, modules, and components available within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform

• Process and triage incoming content and promotion change requests submitted by business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and understanding of requirements

• Schedule the timely publishing of content and promotions

• Monitor and accurately update internal ticketing system (WorkFront and Asana) to ensure accurate tracking, updating and reporting on requests

• Work efficiently with partners in IT and the development team to accomplish the launch of new features and site updates

• Drive regular intervals of QA of website, product content, landing pages, etc.

• Participate in weekly meetings with the development team to stay up to date on new web components and functionalities

• Test new content, running it through web browsers and content management software to ensure no issues with display and performance

• Troubleshoot problems with content not publishing or displaying as expected and identify root causes and resolve

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior professional experience in a similar or related role

• Should have experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or other enterprise class Content Management Systems (CMS)

• Preferred experience working specifically with SFCC Page Designer and Promotions Engine

• Intermediate understanding of HTML and CSS as related to the formatting of content and images, as well as page layout

• Experience with manipulating, optimizing and resizing of images

• Experience using Adobe Photoshop CS is a plus

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
