Kirkland Waterfront is looking for Caregivers to join our luxury community.

Schedule (choose one):

• AM 6am-2pm
• PM 2pm-10pm

Caregivers are responsible for the following:

• Read and implement care/activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Responds to resident needs, pendant calls, and other community alarms in a timely manner.
• Communicates clearly, professionally, and timely.
• Recognizes, responds to and reports concerns in resident's environment to ensure safety and comfort of resident.
• Demonstrates behavior which maintains and respects resident rights and promotes independence, regardless of race, religion, lifestyle, sexual preference, and disease process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• No previous experience required
• Commitment to high quality standards and service.
• Skilled at working with teams and effective communication techniques (oral and written).
• Skilled at building positive relationships with residents.
• Ability to maintain resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Able to receive CNA OR HCA within 120 days of hire (completed off-site)
• Completion of the Covid-19 vaccination series (up to the first booster)
• 2-Step Tuberculosis test (completed on-site by an on-staff nurse)
