Mystic Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 119 bed facility in the beautiful San Antonio area. Located at 8503 Mystic Park, San Antonio, TX 78254.

Shifts available:

• Day Shift

RN Job Duties:

• Assists the Assistant Director of Nursing Services in managing and directing the Nursing Services Department.
• Provides direct nursing care as necessary.
• Makes rounds to ensure that nursing personnel perform their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
• Makes rounds with physicians as necessary.
• Communicates information to nursing personnel regarding new resident admissions and resident discharges and provides oversight of the admission and discharge process.
• Reviews nursing personnel medical record documentation to ensure that it is appropriately and accurately descriptive of the nursing care provided.

Qualifications:

• Texas RN License is required
• Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed!
