Florida Fence Products is looking for a LONG TERM HIGHLY SKILLED ALUMINUM FABRICATOR with a minimum of 2 years’ experience with Aluminum Welding and Fabrication. Welding and Fabrication of 100% ALUMINUM products such as Aluminum Gates, Aluminum Railing, Aluminum Fence, Aluminum Trellis & Arbors, as well as one off custom aluminum products. Florida Fence Products strives to hire and KEEP quality WELDER/FABRICATORS!
Skills you MUST possess:
- EXTREMELY proficient with tape measure!
- Ability to convert fractions & decimals!
- Ability to read and fabricate from blueprints!
- Ability to perform material take offs/make cut lists from blueprints & drawings!
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions!
- Ability to set up and troubleshoot a MIG Welder!
- Ability to MIG weld ALUMINUM!
- Ability to cut aluminum material accurately!
- Ability to create jigs and templates-create production efficiency!
- Ability to maintain consistent acceptable aluminum welds in appearance and strength!
- Ability to set up and run jobs independently, producing an acceptable product with a minimum of rejects, and recognizing badly formed or cut parts before welding!
- Ability to understand and maintain project schedules!
- Clean driving record/ability to pass a background check!
- Ability to pass an initial written test as well as a weld test!
Bonus Skills:
- AutoCAD/Drafting Experience
- Ability to TIG weld ALUMINUM
- Powder Coating Experience
- Basic Computer Skills

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
