MIG / TIG WELDER, $24 to $27 Hour, Paterson NJ Area,

Independently owned Company located in Paterson, NJ Area seeks qualified Welder to join their fabrication department. Welder will perform manual MIG/TIG welding and spot welding of structural metal components following standard welding procedures on steel, aluminum, and nickel materials to produce high quality manufactured parts.

• This is Temp-to-Hire Transition to FULL TIME Perm Hir within 60 days.
• Work hours: 7:00AM to 4:00PM Monday-Friday with weekly OT hours.
• Job Site is accessible using with Public Transit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in TIG, MIG, & spot welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding process specifications.
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using a process such as gas metal arc.
• Operate cutting torches, grinders, drills.
• Must be able to examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and /or specification.
