POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under the direction of the Benefits & Wellness Manager, the Wellness Coordinator will be responsible for the administration of wellness related programming and activities, maintaining program records and coordinating the fitness program – including leading/instructing classes and group-training sessions.
This is an on-site role in our Palmyra, Wisconsin corporate facility.
WHO YOU ARE:

• Passionate about fitness with pride in providing excellent customer service

• Ability to motivate others to improve their overall fitness and health
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to assemble reports and utilization metrics

• You likely have experience in providing these services in a corporate environment where reporting on participation, activities and results was required.
• You are a detail-oriented multitasker able to manage and prioritize successfully
• You currently hold a nationally recognized personal trainer certification or a degree in Health & Wellness, Exercise Science, or equivalent degree.
• You may speak Spanish

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Schedule and conduct fitness evaluations for participants
• Help develop and facilitate individualized programs for participants
• Maintain participant fitness profiles and track participant progress
• Educate employees on health and fitness related topics
• Provide monthly reports on participation, activities, and results
• Maintain Fitness Center utilization database
• Main point of contact for contracted wellness services for all locations such as chiropractic, massage, etc.
• Collaborate with the Wellness Coach for development of wellness program plans and ideas

• Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm and as responsibilities require
