Job description

This position oversees the residential care staff and ensures smooth daily clinical operations of multiple care homes on one campus associated with Sage Oak Assisted Living and Memory Care of Denton. In addition to residential care and clinical operations of each home, this position provides leadership and acts as a point of communication for all current and new employees, residents, and family members.

Open to RN ONLY, as this position will require RN Delegation to care staff.

The community is now open and as July 29, 2022 and accepting residents.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate and demonstrate positive company culture. Candidate will be a clinical resource to families, residents, and direct staff. Candidate will be able to manage such areas of each community while complying with policies and procedures set forth by management.

This position requires teamwork and leadership skills with a problem-solving attitude that contributes to the daily clinical operations of multiple communities. Furthermore, this position will provide support to residents and hands-on assistance to direct staff.

Vaild Texas Registered Nursing License Required

***Applicants are expected to work on the floor as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
