Essential Functions*:

• Overarching 6.8mm Next Generation Squad Weapon - Ammunition (NGSW-A) project support ensuring information technology and system compliance to industry and DOD standards.
• Information technology compliance for Interim and Enduring 6.8mm NGSW-A facility design and construction.
• Manage and lead IT projects with Olin IT, Service Provider teams, and vendors.
• Monitor risk management while meeting compliance and reporting needs.
• Provide local IT network and voice support for the government and local systems.
• Program information technology support, ensuring program management systems and processes are established and supported.
• Proposal support and document development to ensure IT requirements are captured and provided to the PMO for project infrastructure and equipment.
• Work with Olin corporate and site Technology Managers and A&E firms to architect and design solutions to meet the requirements gathered as well as the infrastructure and security standards that have been set.

Position Requirements*:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree** in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related discipline with a minimum of ten years of recent related experience.

A minimum of fourteen years of recent related IT work experience.

• Project planning and defining IT infrastructure solutions experience preferred.
• Manufacturing startup and production process development preferred.
• Technical expertise in IT infrastructure, IT construction standards, and compliance.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, problem-solving, leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to travel up to approximately 15%.
• Able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance level 'Secret'.
• This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required
• This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
• This position requires successful vetting for unescorted access in accordance with U.S. Army and Department of Defense access policies.
