- Scheduling and execution of the weekly work week schedule to include all standard preventive maintenance, repair work, and modifications in assigned areas. This work includes all mechanical, electrical, I&C, operator maintenance, construction, and contractor work in the facility
- Coordinate the work activities between operations, maintenance, project teams, and Environmental Health and Safety
- Monitor the progression of work in the current work week and escalate issues to ensure a prompt response to minimize plant impact
- Daily verbal and written report outs during functional equipment group outage
- Primary stakeholder during the biannual plant outages to ensure identified work is conducted safely and on schedule. Coordinate the resolution of issues to return plant to operations on schedule
- Facilitate frequent update meetings to keep all stakeholders apprised of the plant status
- Collaboration with project teams to ensure compliance with the work management policies and milestones. Facilitate recovery plans when projects are unable to comply
- Manage all work scope within the T-6 window to ensure and optimized use of resources
- Monitor resource allocation and level load work to ensure efficient use of resources
- Develop and monitor KPIs and facilitate recovery plans when KPIs are below desired goals
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years in a manufacturing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a must. Strong Microsoft Office Suite tools a must. Proficient in Primavera P6
