Job Title: Recruitment Systems Analyst

Our team is currently looking for a Recruitment Systems Analyst for a client in the Oil and Gas industry.
Responsibilities:
This role will provide functional and technical support in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining the Workday Talent Suite to include Lead Manager/Candidate Relationship
Manager (CRM). This position is responsible for system support, project management, data analytics, reporting, auditing, and upgrades.
- Responsible for daily oversight, documentation, implementation, and execution of processes and technology used to support Workday recruitment platform.
- Accountable for maintaining all platforms and systems related to recruitment to include monitoring the integration between Workday and any new ATS or HRIS, system changes such as version upgrades, added functionality, and new implementations. Provides change management support.
- Serve as subject matter expert for recruitment system platforms to assist with design and delivery of training programs in support of recruitment processes
- Research, identify, design, and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data from Workday Talent Suite. Design and maintain complex reports / standard reporting tools for internal auditing, end-user information requests and metric reporting/tracking to include recruitment cost, advertising cost, temporary labor cost and other recruitment related process costs. Prepare quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports.
- Partner cross-functionally with global internal teams, e.g., HR and IT, and vendors to solve issues and improve recruitment system processes and procedures
- Effectively communicate with customers/vendors to ensure understanding of the data, reporting requests and business needs; ask clarifying questions to define specific business needs and provide timely results
- Research industry trends, best practices and review current processes to effectively provide company recruitment analyses and suggest/implement possible improvements

- 3+ Years’ Experience
- PROFICIENT IN: WORKDAY ATS (applicant tracking system) THIS IS A MUST
- Experience in Kenexa BrassRing Transitioning into new system is a PLUS
