11:30pm to 7:30am shifts in Monroe, Washington (near Sultan)

Job responsibilities include:

Resident Care . Conducts hourly room checks of residents during overnight hours. Provides updates to staff of observations made to ensure personal accountability; maintains and upholds facility rules, responsibilities and restrictions assigned to residents.

Team Connection . Supports fellow team members by completing general administrative tasks as assigned. Communicates relevant information to their supervisor about residents, the facility, and the agency; attends weekly team meetings.

Monitors Facility . Conducts and documents scheduled internal and external inspections of the premises, to maintain the health, safety and control of the resident and the appearance and upkeep of the facility. Complies with all center policies and procedures; reports on emergency situations and unusual occurrences immediately to the designated staff member. Participates in fire drills quarterly, conducting an inventory of first aid supplies, and various other tasks as assigned.

Maintains Facility Cleanliness . Daily light housekeeping. This position includes basic household tasks to ensure facility cleanliness. Contributes to the cleanliness of the facility by helping sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, and pick up the house as needed. Ensures all supplies are stocked.
