Job description

1099 Nurse Practitioner needed at least twice monthly in 4 hour increments for the prescription of psychiatric medications to Level 1 and Level 2.1 Outpatient Co-Occurring Substance Use Disorder clients.

This would not include the prescription of Opioid Treatment Medications such as Buprenorphine Based products and Vivitrol or Medical Medications.

Job Duties Include:

• Comprehensive Exam for the assessment for medication management.
• Reviewing PDMP for all clients upon evaluation.
• Creating client care plans and documentation of each visit in the client record.
• Participating in Treatment Team meetings as necessary.
• Sign off on Treatment Plan reviews for all client receiving medication management.
• Participate in Collaboration Agreement with Supervising Physician.
• Provide referral for coordination of care as indicated by client.

Nurse Practitioner by the State of New Jersey

Advanced Practicing Nurse by the State of New Jersey

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
