Key Responsibilities:
- Verify that the finished products meet individual customer specifications.
- Net Weight checks
- Temperature checks
- Metal Detector verification checks
- Product profiles
- Equipment inspections
- Employee GMP and Sanitary Condition Inspections.
- Pre-operative Inspections, when required
- X-Ray verification checking
- Ensures food safety, quality, and legality
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently required to stand, talk, walk, and hear in a production environment;
- Occasionally required to feel, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls;
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds;
- Vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust vision focus
- Work is performed in a production setting with moderate to intense noise levels
- Work is performed in a fluctuating temperature environment (typically 40 degrees to -10 degrees)
