EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED ACCOUNT PAYABLES/PAYROLL CLERK WITHIN OUR ORGANIZATION. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- POST AND PROCESS PAYMENTS TO ALL VENDORS
- RECONCILE SCHEDULES
- PROCESS WEEKLY PAYROLL FOR TWO STORES
- RECONCILE MASTERCARD STATEMENT WEEKLY
- PROCESS BACKGROUND CHECKS AND SCHEDULE DRUG SCREENS
- HANDLE ALL NEW HIRE PAPERWORK INCLUDING BENEFIT ENROLLMENT
APPLICANT MUST BE VERY ORGANIZED, DETAIL ORIENTED, CONFIDENTIAL AND ABLE TO HANDLE A FAST PACE. CDK EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED. COMPENSATION WILL MATCH EXPERIENCE LEVEL.
