Payrate: $755 pay out weekly.
Shift: 9am-5pm
Description:
The Accountant Clerk Handles cash and cash related transactions, issues receipts, records and types money lists, and balances cash fund; enters cash transactions in ledgers and reconciles cash reports; prepares bank deposits. Assists in preparation of financial statements such as billings, budgets, and cost reports.
- Position is responsible to create invoices and billing material to be sent directly to customers.
- Assist in maintaining generator pricing, organize customer pricing database.
- Assist in monthly reporting.
- Properly prioritizes daily tasks, supports a high volume of transactions with few or no quality issues and and takes initiative to identify areas where skills and experience can benefit others within or outside of the accounting department.
- Understanding of fundamental accounting concepts.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills including use of complex formulas, simple macros, Vlookup functions, pivot tables and data graphing.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Provide process improvement recommendations.
- Provide support for special projects
