Job description
Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining accounts payable/receivable and general accounting duties for operations.
Essential Job Functions:
Must work safely
Must provide great customer service
Must have good attendance
Must work as a team
Preform data entrytasks for accounts payable/receivable
Reconciling accounts payable/receivable to source documents and other reporting systems
Record accounts payable with vendor invoices
Match payables with purchase orders and receipts
Process customer billing statements
Follow up with customer collections
Analyze customer returns with vendor credits
Monitor customer refunds with customer pay-outs
Other related duties as may be assigned
Experience Required:
Knowledge of Quickbooks Pro
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Possess and exhibit integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
