Job description
The Club at Osprey Cove, managed by Bobby Jones Links, provides a pace for its members that’s as peaceful or as active as they desire. Members can play a round on Osprey Cove’s nationally recognized 18-hole golf course, relax by the pool at the River Club, set up their serve on the tennis courts, or participate in a group fitness class. Additionally, the Osprey Cove clubhouse offers a formal dining and banquet room, a casual pub-style bar area, and outdoor dining overlooking the course and marsh.

If this sounds like a culture you’d like to be a part of, Bobby Jones Links is hiring an Administrative Assistant. Primary responsibilities include:
- Learning thoroughly the policies and procedures in the Bobby Jones Associate Handbook and works according to these important Bobby Jones Links guidelines.
- Providing immediate attention to all members and guests upon entry.
- Maintaining positive attitude with all staff and members.
- Answering the phone with the proper greeting and communicating in a polite and effective manner.
- Entering club expenses in the Expense Tracker.
- Adding and updating member information.
- Serving as point of contact for member billing and account questions.
- Assisting with member dues and billing.
- Depositing daily cash receivables.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by General Manager.
Position Requirements
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- The ability to read, write, and execute basic math skills.
- Must be a self-starter and have self-motivation.
- Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be reliable and trustworthy.

- Spend time making repetitive motions such as typing.
- Lift up to 25+ lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
