Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Job Duties:
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls to their party, and take messages as needed.
- Greet, assist, and check-in all visitors.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, shipping, etc.
- Assist any upper management as needed.
- Process invoices for various vendors.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels.
- Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls.
- Must be flexible and work well under pressure in a busy environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Technology: Word, Excel, Publisher, and multi-line phone system
- Organization
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills
- Customer Service Skills
Monday - Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay $16-20/hr depending on experience
