Position Summary:

TRUE Health Medical, an Arizona based company, is looking for an Aesthetician. The Aesthetician is responsible for providing NEO Brilliance Collagenizer facials in our fast paced and energetic offices. This person will need to align with holistic treatment protocols and be able to upsell and refer patients over for our integrated medical services. This position will start part-time but is expected to grow to full-time within 3 months.

• Be knowledgeable in TRUE Health Treatment protocols/beliefs and be able to refer patients over for services as needed

• Be able to explain and upsell to patient’s PRP and Exosome treatments and the expected results
• Have the ability to understand different types of skin/hair, etc issues beyond what is normally taught.
• Have a passion and desire to independently study and learn new skin care trends
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Education & Experience:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge/experience working in a holistic office and with holistic/organic products
• 1 year Aesthetician experience preferred
• Aesthetician certification required (we will train on our specific equipment)

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting/Standing for long periods of time
• Able to lift/carry 20+ lbs

Salary Range:

• $15-$18 / hour plus bonus structure after 90 day probationary period
